  • The dress code for the evening is black tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. For women, formal attire, including long dresses, cocktail dresses, or suits, is required.

    We ask that our guests wear appropriate shoes for the lawn ceremony. Cocktail hour will be on a paved terrace, and the reception will be under a tent with flooring.

    Additionally, we request that guests avoid wearing denim, as well as white or cream dresses.

  • Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate children due to the venue’s setting.

  • We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1. If your plans change or you're unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. After the deadline, we'll unfortunately need to consider any late responses as a ‘no’.

  • Unfortunately, no. We are only able to accommodate guests with a formal invitation.

  • Parking for the ceremony is available at the Otesaga hotel parking lot. For the reception, you can park in front of the Fenimore Art Museum, or across the the street at the Farmers Museum.

    In addition, trolley service will be available to transport guests between The Otesaga, and the Fenimore Art Museum. We hope this makes your arrival and travel between venues easy and convenient!

  • We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos. Rest assured, a professional photographer will be there to capture all the special moments for us.

  • Yes, the ceremony will be held at the Otesaga Resort, and the reception will take place at the Fenimore Art Museum. To make travel between the venues easy, trolley service will be available.

  • Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn at the Otesaga Resort, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will take place on the stone terrace at the Fenimore Art Museum, and the reception will be under a tent. Please note that you will need to walk on grass to get to the reception, so we kindly suggest planning accordingly when choosing your shoes.

  • We want all our guests to be comfortable, so golf cart rides will be available throughout the day and evening to escort anyone who would like a lift to the various locations!

  • Your health and safety are important to us. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs. We want to ensure everyone enjoys the meal!

  • Golf will start at 10:15 a.m. in groups of four. If you're interested in participating, please let us know in your RSVP and provide your phone number so we can contact you with your tee time. Please note that participants will be responsible for covering their own golf expenses. Pricing information will be shared as soon as it's available.
